About the Position...

Our Front Office Coordinator is the glue that holds us all together and keeps us on track.  This person is vital to our company success and is a key component for ensuring our client happiness.  We are looking for someone who is looking for long term employment with the opportunity to grow within our company.  

In this position you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, dealing with clients face-to-face, qualifying calls, and directing to correct person, checking emails, faxes, management of multiple computer systems, and handling our walk in traffic etc...

Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Salary Range: $8-12 per hour. Salary offered will be based on experience.
