We are looking for a full-time team member to fill this in office position.  Your work schedule is Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch between 12-1.

About the position:
In this position you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, dealing with clients face-to-face, helping customers make changes on their policies, helping customers with new policies, checking emails, working in multiple programs at the same time, and handling our walk in traffic, answering billing questions, gathering documents etc... Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Job Requirements:
  • Previous insurance experience is required
  • Must love dogs or you'll hurt Jax's feelings!
  • Must be able to type 35 words per minute
  • Must be available to work Monday - Friday in office during office hours
  • P&C License preferred or ability to acquire within 30 days of employment.

Your mission is to serve the customer base so extraordinarily that clients tell their friends and family about the agency. By using rapport building and excellent communication skills, this role will work to solve clients’ problems effectively and efficiently. This includes being the first line of defense on all service items. You proactively work with the team and relentlessly support the Account Managers.
